Located in the Maipu farm, in front of the olive mill and extraction area with the latest technology and only feet from the olive plantations, Pan y Oliva is the second gastronomic enterprise of the Zuccardi Family and is a part of the ample touristic offerings through Casa del Visitante.  

It´s essence can be summed up in three concepts: Restaurant – Delicatessen – Classroom. 

Pan y Oliva has a style that is drastically different than that of the Casa del Visitante, being much more informal making olive oil the prominent product.  Tapas, pastas, salads and homemade dishes prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients, have a relevant place in unstructured gastronomy, and in which it is easy to notice Mediterranean and regional influences.
